Somos Más Europe is organizing a residential workshop “The art of participative leadership” which has the objective to help people learn and implement new forms of collaboration aimed at the creation of innovative solutions responding to new organizational needs.
Participative leadership it is a very effective way to harness collective wisdom and self-organization of groups, it combines a powerful conversational process and it offers a set of methods to create valuable open and meaningful conversations that lead to commitment and success.
In this 3 days workshop you will learn how to design meaningful conversations and to co–create innovative solutions, how to use tools that allow us to access the collective intelligence of groups and organizations such as: Open Space, World Café, Appreciative Inquiry and much more.

Where: El cielo de la Vera, two hour drive from Madrid, near the town Villanueva de la Vera, on the south side of Gredos, in a truly exceptional setting.
The course will be held in Spanish language.
