Rowan Simonsen is the founder of Upstream Consulting, cofounder of Hub Rural and a father of two. He is driven by a love for nature, a fascination of new media and a calling to organize, host and harvest conversations that matter in order to help people and organizations learn and grow.

Rowan has worked with knowledge management, strategic sustainability, leadership development and facilitation of participatory processes since 2006 within both the public- and private sector and civil society across Europe and the Americas.

He is a Kaospilot, has a Master degree in Strategic leadership towards sustainability and has studied business administration.
